My wife and I recently moved into a new custom built home. An integral part of the construction was a four-car garage plus storage to accommodate our four cars, two of which are Corvette sport cars. Work in the garage started with the home builder who installed the painted drywall and moldings to match the interior sections of the home. I then began to look for someone who could finish the garage for us in terms of flooring, wall units, cabinets and work surfaces. I quickly became disillusion as I was having difficulty finding a company with the complete package, including installation. I could only find companies that would sell me the cabinets or the paint for the floor or only be willing or able to do parts of the garage installation. At 1,300 sq. ft. the garage is quite large and I was not comfortable undertaking the job as a DIY.
As luck would have it, we attended the Toronto Car Show and ran into the folks from Garage Living. I was very impressed with their capabilities from the floor covering to cabinets to installation. After a short conversation, I made an appointment for a visit and within days I had a design sketch and quote. Our project was slightly more complicated in that we living in the United States, albeit close to the border. Within a couple of weeks the work was started and completed. The installers were experts at getting the work done, professionally and timely. I was impressed to see them still at it on a Friday night at 7:30 pm when I returned home from work!
A year later, we couldn't be happier. Our garage looks fantastic and has become a must see when people and friends visit our home for the first time. The durability of the multi-step floor covering has been beyond my expectations. The parking arrangements for one of the cars requires a number of sharp low speed turns in order to get the car in and out of the garage with no damage or peeling of the floor covering. The floor cleans up well after winter and continues to look brand new. The cabinets, wall covering/storage and shelving units all looks great.
I did a tremendous amount of research trying to find a company to finish our garage and contracting with Garage Living was the perfect solution. The outcome exceeds our expectations and working with them was a pleasure.

In 2009 I contacted you with regard to having a finish installed on the floors of both of my garages in my new home, which collectively hold 14 cars.
You were very thorough and professional with the quotation you supplied and when I have you the approval for the job, your installation crew showed up on the dates that we discussed and did an excellent job of applying the Rhino coating to the floors. Everyone who sees my garage raves about it. Nothing stains the floors and it is by far the best product I have ever seen.
In times where I often see contractors and other “professionals” who do not return phone calls and rarely show up as scheduled, it is refreshing to deal with a company that exhibits such high level of professionalism at all levels.

This note is far too late as the work completed by Garage Living surpassed my expectations. The entire process from the design stage through to installation was handled with the highest level of professionalism. In general, the installation of such a large project generates trepidation, however, it must be said that your implementation team did the job right and completed it the first time. We never encountered, you failed to do this or that.
In closing, I would highly recommend using your company to complete a garage make over which will, and believe me it will make your neighbours envious.
